How do I track my order?

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, we can either add an additional item to your package or cancel your order entirely.

Where Can I See the Status of My Order?

How Can I Receive My Package if the Courier Does Not Find Me at the Delivery Address?

If the courier is unable to reach you at the delivery address, they may attempt to deliver the package to someone else at the address who can accept it on your behalf.

If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will return it to the logistics firm’s local branch office. In this case, you may need to arrange for a re-delivery or pick up the package directly from the courier's office.

Do You Offer Customizations or Alterations?

At Gentsuitshop, we offer a wide selection of high-quality suits ready to wear. However, please note that we do not offer customizations or alterations on any of our suits.

All of our suits are pre-made and designed to fit a wide range of sizes. We recommend carefully reviewing our sizing guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If you need alterations, we suggest consulting a local tailor who can make any adjustments to the suit for a perfect fit.

How Do I Choose the Right Size? 

To help you select the correct size, we have provided a Size Chart at the bottom of our website. Simply compare your height and weight information with the chart, and it will recommend the appropriate size for you based on those measurements. Our size chart is accurate for most customers and works 99% of the time.

Please note that all of our suits are slim-fit, so it’s normal to find that the recommended size may be one size larger than your regular, more traditional suit size.
